Never say never in this sector, but at this stage i do not see any need for MIN to change what is be achieved and as for any third party involvement on NWE, I see that as pure folly.
I agree never say never but CE is no fool and if he wanted to make a move on NWE then we would be history by now.
As matters progress the TO price will only get higher so that acts as a barrier
MIN has as much gas as it needs to support its other mining activities and that is why they got involved in the first place
They also need to keep their shareholders happy and they are anti fossil fuels
IMHO MIN has a 19% stake in NWE to prevent any other 3rd party moving in on NWE
IMHO MIN is happy with NWE as a JVP and to maintain the status quo
