But as you say 'strategically' (?) one never should underestimate what can be achieved ?

I am hoping the report is a good one. I see no reason why not. Would also like to know if the patients were ones (some) that would possibly not be accepted -due to their condition- in any normal trial (with due respect using 'normal'). In my opinion this would be a great outcome for some patients who would be excluded from normal trials.
