Hi Phantom I tend to agree with your thoughts a lot of patients might have been excluded using any normal TAVR . The sheer fact that AVRs valve when inserted is significantly smaller diameter in theory should make it much easier to insert in heavily calcified arteries and also minimise the chance of dislodging some of the calcification and causing a stroke . As for the 30 day report it might amaze you how long it can take to put the last full stop on a report . GLTATH
