Disappointed but reasonably expected. I wonder why they weren’t a little more flexible and could have accepted a small overrun ? Given the significant SP rise leading up to the closing, it was inevitable really… but a few more would have been nice. Significant SH getting the full $30k worth, certainly would have been significant holders ! vest la vie !
