Upsizing would have been nice but they were fairly explicit in saying they would not do that in the initial SPP announcement and hence would have been fairly disingenious and lack credibility. In recent years, they seem to have a track record of saying and doing exactly what they promise which is good generally just a little frustrating for SHs like us in this instance! I should have bought more beforehand - hindsight is a beautiful thing!
