All quite true. They did say they “will” scale back applications. Re buying more beforehand, the SPP was announced so quickly, that would not have been possible, although the strength of the buying post SPP announcement date indicated a strong support of the SPP ! That strength of buying post SPP cut off date is still a bit perplexing (to me) ? Great potential with the WA properties particularly the Albermale camp, but it remains to be seen (both result and time wise) how their development pipeline pans out. By that I mean resources and construction staff availability………
