Wow, FDV timed their SPP perfectly before the market started to crash generally. If the closing date was in recent week or so, it would have been a big flop I imagine. I'm glad I resisted the very weak temptation to participate but regret I didn't sell at $2.00 when it got there once upon a time ago. I even had a call from the Registry checking to see if I was aware of the SPP to which I replied I have the details but will decline to participate. Whew, close call... i think i have enough shares and hope to see a big recovery in the SP once they use the new capital to grow profitably. Giddyap !
