After following FDV since this cap raise and in knowing you have a good understanding of the stock I'm interested to know your outlook for FDV.
Up until the most recent acquisitions FDV in holding minority stakes could, if more funding was required to support business activities, merely accept dilution to its holdings. Now owning 100% (based on the Adevinta acquisitions) it is now responsible for all funding requirements. Adevinta did indicate that the assets they were selling all required additional investment.
In owning 17 assets and with $29M of cash left will this be enough funding or will FDV be required to come back to market again for another significant CR?
I can't help but wonder if Catcha saw this scenario as a possibility which led to the reduction in their holding
