When the CR is to accelerate growth and setup the company for the next 5yrs IMO it definately has a place. I fully expect the US alone to be doing $5mil/month by mid year and this is due to hires from the last yr. 6-7-8 mil from the US will come quicker due to this raise. What's not to like about that. Do your own sums to add on sales for ROW and you can see where this is going.
