TH, I don’t have a mortgage, but far from boasting, I am looking at a lot of comments on this forum from people who effectively gambled on FDV “coming good”. Am NOT a chartist but if more “ investors” looked at what they can lose, rather than what they can make, they would end up in a far healthier financial position. One only has to bring up a 50 day and a 200 day moving average to see which way the SP is heading. If the SP is below the 200 DMA, steer clear ! If it’s above, then the SP is rising, consider buying.
