Not sure how many SH realise how badly they are getting diluted. About 10% at the last placement and probably another 10%+ for the payments of earn-out in equity to Infocasas and E24 founders (See October 22 announcement "cash earn-out for equity exchange).
I assume they did not elect to exchange 100% of cash earn-out otherwise there was no need for the placement.
From the amount raised I guess they kept the exchange at a minimum (50% and 25%).
Bulls will say it's great because management is incentivised. Bears will say there is a reason why insiders chose to take the money instead.
What is certain is that your slice of FDV is getting smaller and so is the upside.
