On FDV not sure if it is going to repeat REAs success per NBs thesis. One doubt I have always had about this view is that people/companies/ideas that have done well in the past more often than not fail to repeat the success. While talent and hard work is essential there is a lot of luck, timing, competitive forces, etc... that all need to align for success. Not to mention the massively different markets FDV is in. But if anyone wants to get FDV cheap then tax selling might give an even better opportunity than the current/recent lows?
