Sensational opportunity for any existing shareholders to get in for a few more at circa 20% cheaper than institutional investors just 4wks prior (AND roughly 40% cheaper than this stock was trading just 5 weeks ago.
The company has been unfairly sold off I feel. These individual business units are sticky and relatively unaffected by ups and downs of market sentiment (just like Realestate.com.au). If interest rates go up or go down their income remains fairly consistent.
I for one got in at 56c and also averaged down at 45c - happy to hold here.
