    there has been no movements in shareholding from institutional clients, so it appears that most of selling is from retail holders (and perhaps those that did not participate in the SPP given selling below 10c).

    by my calcs, $35m for ANZ business represents ~5.8c so the difference between that and the current share price makes no sense for US business especially when it can pay back the loan and have spare cash for the USA business (well enough to at least run it for 18-24mths).
