    on 5th May they estimated it will take 5-7 weeks for them to make a decision on the sale of the Australian business...so yes we should be getting something

    having said that, given they have provided exclusive excess to just this one bidder (and there is a penalty clause if they open the books to other), it seems the board have limited any potential of a bidding war and frankly at $35m the initial offer (at least to me) seems like a bad joke for shareholders.

    they raised money at ~14c when they took over the guild, they raised money at ~10c recently and if they sell at ~$35m, then they are valuing the Australian business at ~5c (with some of that held back)......which to me makes no sense (it's the only business in the stable making money and keeping operations afloat and given what is happening in the USA, it seems the US business is going to be depressed for another 6-12 mths at least until people start falling over from preventable diseases)
