Obviously the price has picked up now and the offer closed, but just to answer your question, it is not unusual during offer periods for the share price to sag, particularly in the case of small caps. It is often simply a case of the market trying to digest a lot of extra supply. Often, but not always, it recovers in the following weeks after the issue closes if the story remains good and portfolios are adjusted.
