According to your understanding of this rule, can the company have an SPP that is restricted to current shareholders only??

The reasoning being, an SPP may be open to new and existing SH. VCR being on shakey grounds, I can understand that the ASX would restrict an SPP for NEW investors, but what if it was restricted to current SH???

The reason the last SPP failed is because current SH had no faith in management.

However, under a new competent management (if the VA are able to organise it), SH would feel differently and would want to salvage the company. Surely, the ASX can not restrict the SH from salvaging their own company if they so choose!!??
