VA will have some powers but how far they extend i donot know.
You are right have read a number of comments that SH would rethink investing if the current board was replaced with some competent types in money control.
This may be one reason that they could not find backers as they can clearly see how money has been squandered on fat salaries etc.
We all hope the VA keep this afloat
