The company will need to offer shareholders a rights issue around .01 also if they want any takers because the holders of the con note will make sure they get full value out of this by driving the sp down imo.
I'm not sure I want to throw more money into CAS. They seem to show very little financial restraint. They were supposed to be cashed up after the last raising a few months back and be able to complete the bfs by this quarter. Now the bfs is delayed until the end of the first quarter of 2019.
Another company that promises shareholders the world and then gives them an atlas. Hopeless.
