For all the crap thrown at the new management of CHM they keep quietly putting the runs on the board.
- got funder to run major and minor case - got windfall gain from managing Koh and Evans case - taken major case through court with closing submissions only to come - demonstrated enough evidence that even MMX have moved from a without foundation position to now sayng not due a significant interest in IO assets (even this is a major shift) - removed threat of old lawyer and got costs reduced - removed plaints on Cadetta and now Kimberley Gold leases - got rid of Whitbread matter who in the end wouldnt even take the stand.
