I don't see it that way. For me, it's a reminder that we have two substantial shareholders with big pockets. This gives me comfort that the project will reach completion and we will all reap multigenerational rewards. Even to get to their conversion price, we will see a 60% lift from today's price. That strike price will see some dilution, but it's 60% away! Very happy with how this is all coming together.
