Sorri I may be a bit thick but I am still lost re following ...

If we are YET to vote on the proposed acquisition and change of directors which is an integral & critical part of the "proposed acquision" process, then why are we voting for this resolution before that?!!!

Resolution 2 Approval to issue consideration shares to the Ion Minerals Vendors - Phase 1

This seems like totally putting the cart before the horse or what is the same ensuring some "persons" will get what they want given these persons are just persons at this point in time ... being given special treatment .... I think they may call it "maye's rate"!
