Do you feel that the board could be about to do something that will technically not be a capital raising, but somehow entail funds coming in for a purchase of assets for cash and script prior or concurrent to the pending deadline for the release of the quarterly ?

Are you suggesting that an ASX listed company would undertake marketing to specifically influence the share price prior to a capital raising?

Perhaps to clarify, you meant:
"Often company news flow such as ASX announcements is combined with an increased marketing drive to helpincrease the SP which may effectively stimulate market and public interest in the entity prior to a capital raising. We have not seen this in the current period"
