Today's announcement had subtle changes to the mention of Estarejja Lithium Refinery (ELR) to simply Lithium Refinery (LR).
Perhaps the location of the plant might be changing. Galan do not (yet) have export permits, and all the test work to date has been occurring in Buffalo NY, and Vancouver Canada.
Perhaps the refinery may be moving to the Americas? If it was to be built in Argentina that would solve a lot of problems and unlock a fast track to production for all concerned.
