all things being equal its not a knife in the back to retail holders at 13c... still going to be 13c on market shortly but could have been much much worse.
I agree gunslinger, reckon this has been in the works for some time and "the market" knew that a bunch of discounted shares were coming.
will be good to have it done, and get the PFS out......
