They are ahead in terms of getting projects off the ground but I don't think they have the high margin, recurring revenue type of projects that PWN are looking for. They have the lithium project but with current Li sentiment and price it's probably a bit meh for the SP.
Until investors can see quantifiable ongoing recurring revenue/long term contracts then you won't get the speculation on SP for water companies imo.
