Interesting development.
Efficient & green recycling of EV batteries clearly important in bolstering case for global electric vehicle adoption with critics of shift away from ICE citing recycling as major toxic headache. Seems auto manufacturers and cathode material producers are 'baking in' recycling into their business cycle:
