I am a recent holder, from about September last year. I wont be throwing stones from the outside, I'll be at the AGM and asking all the hard questions.

I don't care about the embarrasment of the questions I'll ask, but at this stage there should be plenty of squirming going on by directors and senior management about how they are stuffing up the production from this great resource.

I say production, because it should clearly be producing by now, not just little test batches.
