The company only highlighted endosomal escaping CPPs would result in CD8+ T cell expansion via MHC I loading and an FPP delivered antigen would lead to greater expansion of CD8+ T cells compared to TAT. I'm still wondering whether there has been any specific work conducted on CD4 T Cells.
