Hey Lock, my understanding of past reports is that Ross and the other director Mr Ziatas each received 23million shares back in 2012 on appointment to the board and in consideration for their share of the other company (Urcaguary pty ltd) when they were putting INCA together in its current form,
the value at the time was put @ .06 cents.
I would think that a lot of share holders in here would have a higher holding cost.
