I know Paul Poli of Matsa since 5 years or so, met several times..
The mistake with icg was that I met too late with Ross, the german geo and the financial guy Gareth in a Fair.
I am not convinced with the financial skill in the company my mail to Ross was never replied to. Regarding Dr. West I do not think there is any takeover risk, the project is just too early on. A big good hole of course can change a lot, but I do not know if they have enough money left for that. In future I will invest only AFTER meeting with management and I will not give credit to any type of advisor.
