Yes you are right, under this new scheme the credits are only allocated to new share issues from COSMO and other eligible companies. The previous scheme going back a few years now, could distribute equally to all existing holders and was very attractive. Will still be very helpful in raising future capital and as you say hopefully off the back of a discovery.
