I wanted them to sell TMC straight away, so not really happy that they are locked in. I don't think that TMC is worth anywhere near $3B until they can actually prove their concept. The Wall Street Journal did a good episode on their podcast that was dedicated to TMC back on 30 June and it highlighted he significant challenges that underwater mining faces and questioned the green credentials of TMC. This was important given it was going into a sustainable SPAC.
