If his reply is "yes", then I'm sorry, but I think his process is flawed and he has not learned from Melbourne IT.

@Sojourner , Gr8 and insightful analysis. Agree whole heartedly. I am also one who suffered significantly through Karl’s ARQ/ Melbourne IT debacle, and I definitely don’t want to go through something similar again. Hopefully Karl will not manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory !
