To put it simply, I didn’t invest in a company mining metals from the sea bed.! I will be more than comfortable when CDM and TMC part company, or if it occurs, that I can get rid of my TMC shares when they are hived off. I reckon that CDM was fortunate to have “let go” of Deep Green at such a good price, more by good luck than good planning. CDM getting such a good price (at the moment) is fortuitous, but the price of TMC is open to fluctuation, and I wouldn’t be sorry to see a clear cut option given to SH. The NTA gap has certainly closed, with only downside from the TMC deal possible for the near future. Signed. Nervous Peejay.
