Most impressively PYC Tx with 51%+ ownership has control over this whole show. seems like current management really know how to put a deal together. most importantly it would seem the strong motivation is to get meds in clinic to meet patient ie customer demand ie make people better. research for research's sake is in the past. no ego - just get the product working. I think everyone agrees we are in exciting times. market will catch up - it is a future weighing machine afterall - it can't quite see yet the value. when it does I expect an overreaction.
