Not sure - I suspect it might be semantics. Could mean Vision has rights to the ASO which means PYC Tx has rights to 51% of the ASO and PYC owns 100% of the delivery. not sure if this means PYC has separately licenced the delivery to Vision and as such expects a commercial return on the delivery alone plus the 51% of whole (less delivery cost)? I suspect I am overthinking. I don't really want to enter speculation around commercial arrangements. we will know them when appropriate. As usual with negotiations there are innumerous items to pin down before final public release and IMO we have a very good negotiator on side protecting shareholder interests.
