You always have to query companies under 10% cash especially those with no incoming,
At $136M PYC is well down in the lower single figures with around $4.2M today, R&D rebate expected but assume that still puts it under 5% cash.
The question comes down to the path forward and where the major holders are backing - into "Vison" or PYC ?
