yes rusco, that sounds about right...leases to 2029 now, unless we actually start producing in 9 months or so...then they held by production for a long time
and the value add of those old leases will be available for development again, only one developer likely to pick them up (one advantage of being at end of play)...so likely to be double that acreage
will be interesting to see the new resource...old was 286 M boe on only the 34k acre...add in x5 the condensate and it will be about ~350 M boe...
thats not a small amount even before the potential of doubling the acreage...
on tommy, sure $85m replacement cost sounds silly for some rusty old pipes...but its needed to get the wet gas out for processing and strip the condy for trucking
tbh i think u would pay more than c$85m to build it again
and then the potential for dry gas to go west to tnorth for lng canada, after tommy processing???
should be an exciting time for jv options soon...and ongoing as we start development next nrthn winter
condy rates just extended all the options
big call from the boys to mention 50k boepd from the project...
