In the fourth quarter we added to our low cost Montney development inventory with the acquisition of 32.6 net sections of perspective liquids-rich lands adjacent to our existing lands at Bernadet in north eastern British Columbia. Proceeds from matured assets sales of $86 million were used to partially fund the approximate $124 million purchase price. These lands complement our existing Montney land and are expected to position Pengrowth for continued growth.
