Great work in deconvoluting that paragraph. The use of the word 'but' really grates. In your interpretation it makes a whooooole lot more sense if its flipped:
"The 6 month timepoint will include imaging/MRI data so will provide afurthercomplete insight to the DMOAD capabilities of the drug. However, the Company is hopeful for positive trends in the biomarker/WOMAC data at the interim readout at Day 56."
