Have you heard any rumours there will be a capital raising, GPA? If so, what rumours? If not, and you are right there will be a raising, what kind of discount would you expect? Also, placement or rights issue?
Onthe issue of the contract win, how much working capital does NOD have to cover the ongoing work, would this be why a capital raising may be on the cards?
If there is a capital raising, what is the strategy for existing shareholders? Say it is at a discount, do you hold on to your shares until you gain the right, then dump them on market, allow the share price to decline and if it is above the issue price exercise your right for a stag profit, and if below the issue price don't exercise and just buy on market?
In terms of $29 million in won and announced contracts since July, they did $400 million in revenue in FY09 and then $220 million in FY10. So when considering that, $39 million in won contracts for the first quarter of the year doesn't seem to be particularly appealing. So, does anybody know what their pipeline looks like and if NOD will be closer to the FY09 revenue of circa $400 million or the FY10 of circa $220 million?
