Like I said, in my opinion Pilot Plant first and then Commercial Plant
This explains all the "20t pilot plant" announcements or references to it and like you have pointed out the licensing agreement with Thermacquatica.
However lately we can definitely see the language has changed and "pilot" has been somewhat omitted from last couple of announcements. Because of this, together with David Trench's appointment and background they are looking to the end goal of a Commercial Plant.
Respectfully, not sure I understand why they would be misleading the public if they are 'planning' and going ahead with a eventual commercial plant in the future. From my point of view as a shareholder - I would want them to maximise profits - no better way to blow out the industry/ies with a Commercial Plant!
The Pilot Plant will be a precursor to this whilst the Commercial Plant is being built.
