OCC appears one of those companies that will only ever attract serious money once the financials make it impossible to ignore.

I don't expect the big re-rate until income starts ramping up or a partnership is announced.
There just isn't enough mainstream knowledge of the company to create the fomo or to price the share on future multiples.
I'm confident it will eventually be undeniable, but clearly it's going to require further patience.

It can be frustrating but it also provides the opportunity to grow a larger position over time.
As long as the positive results keep rolling in, I'm comfortable.
