Just a note that Vince Coulthard and co (who are not necessarily representative of all ATLA) are probably lucky that the judge resolved the matter quickly because either ATLA or the NSW Environmental Defenders Office would have been on the hook for the $50K per day delay costs.

Once ATLA has another AGM and the Adnyamathanha people remove the incompetent Coulthards and their green hangers-on then we may see some more constructive discussions between LCK and ATLA next year. LCK were originally very open to the idea of dealing with ATLA but found the process derailed by one particular part of ATLA.
