thats sad as IMO and i think i few other opinions he should be resigning/retiring now. Either way IMO no kudos coming cause of where things are at ATM and if things get better then it will only be seen as righting a wrong!!.
From what i have seen in the past the company could well benefit with a change in his position - for all SH's sake i hope that he puts the company and SH's before any ego and moves on to provide fresh thinking here as its really much needed. This has sunk fast under his watch and needs to be righted for SH's sakes. all imo.
