I've just tried to find anything resembling the equity platform component of dealroom, no luck. The "deal room" page that has been posted above is just a news website reporting on deals, by the look of it.
Truly can't wrap my head around TMH, what it is and what they want to be.
last company update didn't even include a mention of HotCopper for example, which I find just odd.
