New Board's anticipated actions The Company's new Board of Directors will be requested to consider a number of corporate actions including:
 a share consolidation in which every fifteen (15) shares are consolidated into one (1) share (Share Consolidation) subject to shareholder approval. Such a Share Consolidation would result in a more appropriate and effective capital structure for the Company and a share price that is more appealing to a wider range of investors;
and
 an anticipated entitlement offer to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand to raise additional capital.

So the consolidation will be follwed by an Entitlement offer to shareholders..

Now i agree we must be given the choice to buy at what the big boys are going to buy at but it must be for the right reasons..
If we are going to raise under $1m then this is just to pay more existing costs, wages and redundancies and or maybe a low ball investment IP which will only be for the team to pump and sell out at the 0.001 placement and massive options given, if it is to raise $5m plus(or around those figures)and restart dx-3 then i will think hard about tipping in.

The team all but James has moved on and it looks just like a shell, a consolidation followed by a raising AFTER a placement to keep the lights until the R & D comes in is just a shit posistion James has gotten us all in.

All the talk of NON-DILUTIVE FUNDING , deals, JV's and licencing has never been actioned what-so-ever, ALL TALK

DX-1 cannot be any good as NO-ONE is interested, DX-3 then becomes a harder sell even with its bigger benefits, so imho they will be looking to buy another IP and rinse and repeat all over again..

12yrs down the drain and could of been much different if raising the money way back(over 2c) to move DX-3 way along to get to clinic.

Nothing to get excited about here for a very long time....SAD
