Oh dear what an absolute f**kup.

There is only one question existing shareholders should ask themselves. Does this create or destroy shareholder value? There is only one answer..... it destroys shareholder value.

Forget any ideas about BD deals for DX1 or DX3, this is a shell company deal conjured up by penny dreadful aspirants from the West.

The centre of the universe has moved to Perth.

Actions speak louder than words. Look at the new players first steps. You have an incoming Chair with no life sciences experience (and no confirmation that Mr. Christie is participating in the placement notwithstanding the very generous option package as part of the placement [Expect an even more generous equity package as Chair]) and the first step is a 1:15 consolidation (very smart for the new players).

Expect rebirthing as an entirely new ASX entity possibly outside the biotech sector.

Throughout this entire fiasco where was the invisible Chair, Charmaine? Where was the strong leadership from the Chair as custodian of shareholder value? Charmaine, you have been missing in action throughout your entire term.

As to Dr James' redundancy, given the destruction in shareholder value since the first failed DX1 manufacturing run it would be entirely appropriate for the good Dr. to refund his drawings since that date in recognition of the pain he has unnecessarily inflicted on shareholders.
