- this outcome is not far from bankruptcy. That would be 0c , we are at .03c . Funds used to pay debt - won’t actually be enough to do anything other than pay a few more months of salary
- never seen options issued at the issue price - that is saying happy to Issue another billion at .3c , so where then is the upside - even Fpl management are telling you there isn’t any with the option strike

having said all that we must give credit to them - I have never seen a company with no prospects raise so much money after so much wealth destruction. Whatever we think this is a talent

note issue of shares just before the quarterly which would have shown they are out of cash
